Material Introduction: PC Lotte Chemical PC‑1100 is a medium‑viscosity general‑purpose polycarbonate material with well‑balanced overall performance. It is widely favored for high transparency, favorable mechanical strength, high rigidity, heat resistance, impact resistance and food‑contact compliance.

Main Applications

  1. Electronic & Electrical Components: Computer peripherals (keyboards, mice, computer cases, etc.), insulating connectors, coil bobbins, telephone housings, telephone exchangers, signal relays and other communication‑equipment parts.
  2. Mechanical Equipment: Gears, worm gears, worms, bearings, bolts, levers, crankshafts, as well as housings, covers and frames for mechanical devices.
  3. Medical Devices: Medical‑grade cups, tubes, bottles, dental instruments, drug containers and surgical instruments.
  4. Optical Applications: General‑purpose optical fields benefited from high transparency.
  5. Others: Extruded sheets and injection‑molded products.
